Terms and conditions
These terms govern use of our UK parcel booking platform and related consumer rights.
Last updated: 29 July 2026
About these terms
By creating a shipment or account you agree to these terms. We act as a booking intermediary between you and carriers; carriage itself is provided under the selected carrier’s conditions of carriage.
Services
We display carrier quotes, collect shipment and payment details, purchase labels where available, and provide tracking links. Quotes and transit times are estimates and may change. Collection and drop-off availability depends on the carrier and service type.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate addresses and parcel details, pack goods safely, and not ship prohibited or dangerous items (see Prohibited items).
You are responsible for customs declarations and duties on international shipments where applicable.
Prices and payment
Prices include applicable service fees shown at checkout. Payment is taken via our payment provider. Failed or cancelled carrier orders may result in a refund or release of a payment hold according to our cancellation policy and Stripe settlement status.
Consumer rights (UK)
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK law. For distance contracts, digital services may start immediately after purchase; where a cooling-off right applies we will explain it at checkout or in confirmation communications.
Liability
Carrier liability limits apply to loss or damage in transit and may be low unless you purchase additional cover where offered. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence in the UK.
