How we collect, use and protect personal data when you use our parcel booking services in the United Kingdom.
Last updated: 29 July 2026
Who we are
We are the data controller for personal data processed through this service. Our company details (legal name, registered address, company number and ICO registration, where applicable) appear in the site footer and on our contact page.
If you have questions about this policy or your data rights, contact us using the details on the Contact page or email our support address.
What data we collect
We may process: account details (name, email, password hash); shipment details (sender and recipient names, addresses, phone numbers, parcel dimensions and contents descriptions); payment references processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers); support messages; technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps); and cookie consent records for PECR compliance.
Why we process data (lawful bases)
Contract: to create labels, arrange collection or drop-off, take payment and provide tracking.
Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement and internal audit logs.
Legal obligation: tax, accounting and regulatory requirements.
Consent: optional analytics or marketing cookies, where enabled, and certain marketing communications.
Sharing and international transfers
We share data with carriers and logistics platforms needed to fulfil your shipment, payment processors, email and hosting providers, and (where required) regulators or law enforcement.
Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
Retention
We keep shipment and billing records for as long as needed for the contract, disputes, and legal retention periods (typically up to six years for commercial records in the UK). Cookie consent audit records are retained to demonstrate compliance. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights (UK GDPR)
You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier lawful processing).
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve concerns first via our contact channels.
