How do I get a label?
Complete the shipping wizard, pay at checkout, then download the label from your confirmation email or shipment detail page once the carrier issues it.
Drop-off vs collection?
Some services require you to drop the parcel at a shop or locker; others include door collection. The quote list shows the service type before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation depends on carrier status. If the label is unused and the carrier allows cancel, contact support with your order number. Refunds follow payment capture status.
How do I track a parcel?
Use Track shipment with your order or tracking number, or open the shipment from your account. Carrier tracking links open when a tracking number is available.
Do I need an account?
